How do I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your order number and email address. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for all unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns page for detailed information on how to initiate a return.

How long does shipping take?

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 8–14 business days. Free shipping on all UK orders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All transactions are SSL encrypted.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding to additional countries in the future.

How do I care for my garments?

Each item comes with specific care instructions on the label. Generally, we recommend following the care label instructions to ensure the longevity of your pieces.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact us immediately at info@maisonnoirshop.com if you need to make changes.

Do you have a physical store?

We are an online-only boutique based in Tilburg, The Netherlands. We do not have a physical store, but our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 - 16:00.
